We have information on this website in nine languages. Choose your language from the list at the top of the screen.
If you don’t see your language, call us at (844) 614-8800 and we can get an interpreter for any language.

Can I sign up for health insurance using this site?
We do not sell health insurance. We can help people find out what kind of insurance is right for them and research different plans. We can connect you with the state’s enrollment broker who can help you enroll in the plan of your choice.

What time are the helpline and LiveChat open?
The telephone helpline is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The LiveChat is open Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Do I need to set up an account or log in to use this site?

ICAN is not part of the Medicaid program. We do not make any decisions about people’s eligibility, enrollment, or services. We do not send notices. ICAN is funded by the State of New York, but we operate independently through a network of non-profit organizations.
